Sometimes, you know people who are amazing at what they do, and you wish you could bring them onto your team, but it feels like a long shot. Then, one day, an opportunity comes up and the rest is history!
Lucky for us, that's what happened with Theresa!
Theresa is a longtime friend of Tom's - and industry expert in the mortgage world. Many years ago, Theresa worked as a top producer at the very first mortgage office that Tom worked at in Federal Way, Washington. And now here we are, working together again 20+ years later!
Theresa isn't just talented in the mortgage industry. She's also a personal fitness trainer, wife to a great guy who is serving our country in the military, and a mom to two young girls.
As our Business Development & Relationship Manager, Theresa's job is to help our growing team stay connected with our clients and referral partners. She helps us to make sure we're growing in alignment with our team values, while also building relationships and making personal connections with the people we work with regularly. While AI is moving full speed ahead in many ways, we still believe there's no substitute for a real human touch, and Theresa brings that to our clients and referral partners in the work she does every day.
Note from Tom: Many people have left the mortgage world to go on to other ventures, and the industry has ebbed and flowed throughout the past few years. Having worked as a mortgage lender and broker for more than 22 years, I know that's how things are sometimes. We still continue to give our clients the best possible experience, and it's an honor to have helped so many people and families in these past 20+ years.
